Remember to ask all the right questions when you plan your trip. As these eateries are “recommendations only” from Fellow Coeliacs, it is advisable to contact the eatery (whilst planning your trip) as the venues may have changed their menu, ownership etc. Firstly, ensure there is a menu with GF options that is suitable for Coeliacs, and check the staff are aware of food preparation to avoid cross-contamination. It is always a bonus to select a dedicated or accredited gluten-free eatery however, they are few and far between.
